The plot :
Alex Browning is going on his high school trip to Paris with fellow students and teachers. Suddenly he gets a premonition that the plane will explode, killing everyone on board. Alex and six others, Clear Rivers, Tod Waggner, Carter Horton, Terry Chaney, Billy Hitchcock, including his teacher, Valerie Lewton get off the plane. Soon after, the plane does in fact explode. One month later, mysterious mortician, William Bludworth tells Alex and Clear that "death" is intervening to kill everyone who was meant to die on the plane. One day, Tod accidentally hangs himself in his shower, and his death is deemed a suicide. The next day, Terry falls victim when she is hit by a speeding bus. After see the tragedies, Alex get the conclusion that death is killing the survivors in the order they would have died in the explosion on the plane. He realize that Ms. Lewton is next on death's list. He go to her house but arrives too late, Ms. Lewton was died impaled by a kitchen knife. The next is Carter, he wanting to kill himself before the death does. He stop his car on a train crossing, but finally he changes his mind but he can't exit from his car as his seatbelt is jammed. Alex rushes to help Carter from his car, and he is freed a second before the train destroys the car. He succeeded cheating his death. But in seconds later, Billy's head is cut in half by a slab of car wreckage whipped up by a metal chain dangling from the train carriage. Alex believes that because Carter has saved from the death , and that Death skipped Carter and went on to Billy.
After that, Alex realizes that Clear is actually the next to die. Alex rushes to Clear's house and found her trapped in her car surrounded by live wires. Her car will explode, but Clear unable to escape. Alex saves her by picking up the cable but is incapacitated by electric shock. Clear and police rush to save him.
Six months later, Alex, Clear, and Carter arrive in Paris, they talking about their experience about Flight 180 and how they defeated Death. Suddenly, a freak incident involving a bus causes a giant neon sign to swing off a hinge down towards Alex. Carter pushes Alex to the ground, the sign swinging down past the two of them. Carter success to saved Alex. Then Carter stands up and asks Alex who is next on death's list, the neon sign swings back towards where Carter is standing. And finally, Alex and Clear are left as the last two survivors of Flight 180.
The budget of this film is $23,000,000 and this film was ranked #1.130 in the world.
