The Final Destination ( Final Destination 4)


The Final Destination (also known as Final Destination 4) written by Eric Bress and directed by David R. Ellis, both of whom also worked on Final Destination 2.  Editing by Mark Stevens.  The opening crash sequence at "McKinley Speedway" was filmed at Mobile International Speedway in Irvington, Alabama.  Filming began in March 2008 and ended late May in the same year.  Reshoots were done in April 2009 at Universal Studios Florida.  The film was released in 3D as well as in conventional theaters on August 28, 2009.  The film marks the latest in the highly popular "Final Destination" series, and its first 3D installment, giving horror fans an especially visceral thrill ride.
One day at a race, Nick O'Bannon attended the race with his friends.  However, on the happy day turns into a terrible day.  The accidents make his friends die, making the nick with his girlfriend Lori and friends of survivors, Janet and Hunt to leave the area to avoid a second premonition come true Nick.  But death continues to stalk those who escaped it.  After they were free from the death which pick up them, it is not an end but a new beginning for them. the feeling that always comes to haunt Nick, made ​​one by one died until finally Nick must escape to avoid the victim.

The Plot :
10 years after the explosion of Flight 180, 8 years after the Route 23 pile-up, and 3 years after the derailment of The Devil's Flight.  Nick O’Bannon watch the race with his girlfriend, Lori Milligan, and his friends, Janet Cunningham and Hunt Wynorski.  Suddenly, Nick get a horrific premonition that McKinley Speedway collapses following a crash, make a number of people who watch die.  When he comes out of this grisly nightmare Nick panics, persuading his girlfriend Lori, and his friends Janet and Hunt, security guard George Lanter, mechanic Andy Kewzer, mother Samantha Lane, racist Carter Daniels, and Andy's girlfriend Nadia Monroy, to leave, escaping seconds before Nick's frightening vision becomes a terrible reality.  When Nick try to explain what he saw to them, Nadia Monroy scolds the group for their actions, just when a tire flies out of the stadium and violently rips off her head and her left arm while the others look at her in horror.
A few days later after the accident, Carter attempts to burn a cross on George's front lawn because he blames George for stopping him from going back into the burning stadium to save Cynthia.  His plan backfires and he is set on fire and violently dragged down the street by his tow truck.  He is then blown up by the gas tanks in his car, and his blown off head lands next to George, who came out to see what is happening.  The next day, Samantha is killed when a lawn mower rides over a rock thrown in its path by her sons, sending it flying through her eye.  When Nick and Lori hear of the deaths, they try to learn what the meaning about the three previous disasters and finally realize that death will coming back once again to find those who try to cheat and escape from their death.
While Janet and Hunt refuse to believe so, Nick convinces George and Lori to help him conquer Death's plan.  Andy is next, Nick, Lori and George try to save Andy, but he is killed after a carbon dioxide tank drives him to a chain linked fence.  Nick gets a new visions and they split up to save Hunt and Janet.  Hunt and Janet are next, as they died at the same time in the premonition.  Nick try to save Hunt at the pool, while Lori and George rush to save Janet.  Lori and George succeed in saving Janet from a malfunctioning car wash, but Nick fails to save Hunt, he arrives at the pool late, Hunt’s intestines are violently sucked into the pool drain.
George considers suicide due to causing the death of his wife and child but is unable to kill himself.  This leads the survivors to believe that saving Janet has defeated Death.  Nick decides to take Lori on holiday.  Janet and Lori decide to go shopping and see a movie before they leave.  Nick realizes it isn't over because there was another survivor, Jonathan Grove.  In the mall and the theatre, Lori begins to see odd warnings suggesting they are not out of danger.  Nick warns George about this, and they go to the hospital where Jonathan is located, but Jonathan is crushed by an overfilled bathtub over a collapsed ceiling. Outside the hospital, George is hit by an ambulance shortly thereafter, leaving it up to Nick to save the girls.  Nick arrives at the theater and pulls Lori from the cinema just before it explodes from a fire above, impaling Janet on the flying wreckage. However another explosion causes the mall to collapse, and Lori to be crushed by an escalator.  Just as she dies, Nick awakens.  It is then revealed that the whole thing was another premonition.  Nick fails to save George from his fate, but he succes to save Lori and Janet by extinguishing the fire that would have caused the initial explosion.
Two weeks later, the trio thinking they have conquered death's plan, they celebrates their survival in a cafe.  Nick notices a loose leg on a scaffold outside the cafe, and he tells a construction worker to fix it up.  Once inside, he drifts off into thought after seeing omens around him and realizes that his premonitions and signs, along with all the disasters and deaths that had occurred since the speedway incident, are red herrings from Death used to manipulate them into where and when it would really come for them. Just as Nick realizes this, the scaffold falls, and in order to avoid it, a truck swerves, and crashes through the cafe window, crushing Janet, decapitating Lori, and causing Nick to fly and hit the wall, thus breaking his jaw, leaving no survivors of McKinley Speedway.
The budget of this film is $43 million and this film was ranked #862 in the world.
